This is an exclusive 1 month (4 weeks) of mentoring by Zoila Reyna, MPH founder of Public Health Hired in which she will provide public health job application feedback for 2 page resumes and 1 page cover letters plus comes with interview prep guaranteed for any interview callback directly due to these these job application submissions.
Rules and Benefits to Join:
1)Enroll by Nov 3rd to submit all 4 applications by deadline of November 28, 2025 for this cohort. If you register early, you get those early weeks at no cost and count as 1 application per week.
2) Anyone searching and applying to jobs in public health, health administration, public sector, philanthropy, private, consulting, and nonclinical roles are eligible for the 1 month HIRED coaching as long as the job you're applying to are USA based jobs. Residency or citizenship is not a factor to participate in this 1 month of HIRED mentoring.
3) Upon enrollment, each mentee in this 1 month accelerated mentoring program will be allowed up to 4 submissions total in 4 weeks, whichever comes first. (for example you can submit 4 applications in 1 week and be done or submit 1 per week as long as 4 total are submitted by end of the 4 weeks submission deadline.
4)A Google Drive folder will be assigned to you for submissions. Submissions per job application must include 3 documents in order for your job application feedback to be successful, that includes the job description as a PDF or word file (URL links not acceptable), resume , and cover letter. Please not curriculum vitaes will not be accepted and you will be asked to resubmit a resume format instead.
5) Reviews for job application will be completed by Thursday and Sunday 9pm pacific standard. You will be assigned your own folder and you simply save the job description, draft resume, and draft cover letter. Then check back Thursday/Sunday evening of each week to see final edits and to proofread so you can submit.
6) You have an option to check in with me at any time for a complimentary 30 mins mentor session either upon enrollment, in mid November, or to wrap the month for a check-in. Upon enrollment, you will receive the link to your individual google drive along with the link to book a complimentary 1 time mentor session for the month of November. No weekly zoom sessions, just 1 during November and can not be transferable for another time. If you decline to meet with me for the complimentary 1 time 30 mins mentor session, then you lose the mentor session. So please use the mentor session for November.
7) Recorded Interview Prep sessions are offered only upon an interview callback and is guaranteed even if company calls you months later for the role you submitted for. Interview prep sessions can not be transferable to other job applications, meaning the roles you apply to are the ones that gaurantee interview prep coverage with PHH's help. No additonal cost for interview prep if it stems from these 4 job application submissions. Simply email [email protected] to schedule your complimentary interview prep.
8) Unused job applications submissions are not transferable or refundable. For example if you only complete 1 job application in 4 weeks, then that's the most you got out of the program and your submission deadline is over. Similarly, if you complete 4 applications in 1 week then you're also done for the month.
What is Not Included:
What will not be provided for the 1 month HIRED coaching: No individual job leads will be provided, but you are welcomed to plug into the HIRED Masterclass during Office Hours or check out job alerts weekly on website to help you find better job options. This does not come with texting or weekly zoom sessions, but a one-time complimentary zoom session will be offered instead during the month of November. No weekly zoom meetings. No referrals or connections to others will be made and this is not a recruitment service. I will not review jobs submitted for other countries but you can submit for jobs that are USA based regardless of your citizenship or residency status. This is not to be mistaken for the HIRED Mentorship or HIRED Masterclass. Please note HIRED Masterclass is sold seperately and not included with this offering.
